- Statement of Work - Includes time lines, roles/responsibilities, progress reports, and specific action items.
- Scheduled Interaction - Our coaching is highly co-active. We don’t tell people what to do, we partner with them. We typically meet with clients once a week, supported by unlimited phone and e-mail communication.
- Project Review - Every 30 days we review the results of our work together and make any adjustments so as to achieve the project objective.
